Plan de cuidados de atención en residencia de paciente con rotura de cadera: caso clínico

    Generar un Plan de Atención de Enfermería (PAE) sobre un paciente ingresado en residencia de ancianos que ha sufrido una intervención quirúrgica es importante para identificar sus necesidades y actuar sobre ellas. Mediante una entrevista directa a paciente y sanitarios, valorando por necesidades de Virginia Henderson y empleando la herramienta NANDA, NOC, NIC para la realización de diagnósticos, objetivos e intervenciones se han obtenido 2 diagnósticos de enfermería con sus correspondientes actuaciones.

    Generating a Nursing Care Plan (PAE) for a patient admitted to a nursing home who has undergone a surgical intervention is important to identify their needs and act on them. Through a direct interview with the patient and health workers, assessing the needs of Virginia Henderson and using the NANDA, NOC, NIC tool to carry out diagnoses, objectives and interventions, 2 nursing diagnoses with their corresponding actions have been obtained.
