    Artikulu honetan tradiziozko auzolanaren eta auzolan mota berrien berezitasunak eta bien arteko desberdintasunak azter tzen dira; baita azken urteotan auzolanaren indartzea azaltzeko arrazoiak ere. Eta gaur eguneko zein iraganeko auzolana behar bezala ulertzeko eta kokatzeko, Euskal Herriko tradiziozko toki-administrazioaren berezitasunak ere aztertzen dira.

    This article examines the peculiarities of traditional and new forms of “auzolan” and the differences between the two, as well as the reasons for the strengthening of the “auzolan” in recent years. The peculiarities of the traditional local administration of the Basque Country are also explored in order to properly understand and frame the present and the past “auzolan”.
