En la ciudad de Córdoba, la Orden de los Padres Trinitarios se asienta en el siglo XVI, y su desarrollo en la ciudad llega a adquirir una relevancia que crece bajo las advocaciones que en este convento se veneran, con las que consiguen destacar en relación a la piedad popular, junto a las hermandades presentes bajo dichas advocaciones, así como su patrimonio artístico.

In the city of Córdoba the order of the Trinitarian Fathers was established in the 16th century, and its development in the city came to acquire a relevance that grew under the devotions that were venerated in this convent, with which they managed to stand out in relation to the popular piety, together with the brotherhoods present under said invocations as well as their artistic heritage.
