Resumen de Percepción Estudiantil sobre la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria

  Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las percepciones de los estudiantes del Tecnológico Nacional de México, campus Durango, sobre la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU). La investigación, de tipo descriptivo y enfoque cuantitativo, utilizó un cuestionario basado en el modelo URSULA. Se encuestó a una muestra de 368 estudiantes, aplicando un muestreo probabilístico. Los resultados procesados con SPSS v27 revelaron que los estudiantes perciben de manera favorable la RSU, destacando la dimensión de gestión organizacional como la de mayor importancia en su percepción. Entre los indicadores, sobresale el de buen clima laboral y equidad, al presentar la mayor frecuencia de respuestas. El estudio evidencia áreas de fortaleza en la percepción del clima laboral y la formación, pero también señala oportunidades de mejora en sostenibilidad y participación social. Los hallazgos subrayan la importancia de integrar la RSU en todas las actividades universitarias para formar no solo profesionales competentes, sino también ciudadanos conscientes y responsables, contribuyendo así al desarrollo sostenible y al progreso de la sociedad.

  The objective of this study was to analyze the perceptions of students at the Tecnológico Nacional de México, Durango campus, regarding University Social Responsibility (USR). The research, which was descriptive in nature and employed a quantitative approach, used a questionnaire based on the URSULA model. A sample of 368 students was surveyed through probabilistic sampling. The results, processed with SPSS v27, revealed that students perceive USR favorably, highlighting the organizational management dimension as the most important in their perception. Among the indicators, a good working environment and equity stood out, showing the highest response frequency. The study highlights areas of strength in the perception of work environment and training, but also identifies opportunities for improvement in sustainability and social participation. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating USR into all university activities to shape not only competent professionals but also conscious and responsible citizens, thus contributing to sustainable development and societal progress.
