    La anatomía aórtica hostiles del cuello, como los cuellos cortos proximales, aumentan el riesgo de Endofugas tipo IA, migración y la necesidad de re intervenciones. El sistema Heli-FX EndoAnchor fue diseñado para mejorar el sellado de los injertos de stent aórtico. Se ha demostrado que la reparación de aneurismas de Endosutura (ESAR) con EndoAnchor con el injerto de stent Endurant es segura y eficaz para el tratamiento de pacientes con cuellos cortos durante un año.

    Hostile aortic neck anatomy, such as short proximal necks, increase the risk of type IA endoleaks, migration, and the need for reinterventions. The Heli-FX EndoAnchor system was designed to improve the sealing of aortic stent injectors. Endosuture Aneurysm Repair (ESAR) with EndoAnchor with the Endurant stent graft has been shown to be safe and effective for the treatment of patients with short necks for one year.
