    En la era actual en que la humanidad se desenvuelve, la usabilidad de la Inteligencia artificial, cada día emerge con diferentes manifestaciones en todas las áreas, los límites de cobertura sin duda al momento no se puede establecer e allí el objetivo de esta investigación, la cual pretende conocer un enfoque global de regulaciones de esta tecnología y plantear alternativas de control específicamente en el caso que se ejecuten alternativas de IA que puedan afectar al ser humano o sus medios de sostenibilidad de todo tipo, se plantea una metodología analítica porque permite ejecutar un proceso cognoscitivo a más del método sintético para resumir los aspectos más relevantes de un proceso investigativo y sirve para narrar las conclusiones y triangulación de resultados, como técnicas la revisión documental porque permitió hacer una idea del desarrollo y las características de los procesos legales, la entrevista que sirvió para conocer puntos de vista de profesionales en el área, como instrumentos el inventario de citas anexados en la bibliografía y el banco de preguntas semiestructuradas, se concluye que varios países e incluso la Comunidad Europea disponen de alternativas que regulan la gestión de la IA sin embargo en Ecuador aún adolece de una estructura legal para la regulación y control de esta tecnología, finalmente se presenta un bosquejo de los aspectos que deben tomarse en cuenta para normar el proceder de la IA

    In the current era in which humanity develops, the usability of Artificial Intelligence emerges every day with different manifestations in all areas, the limits of coverage undoubtedly cannot be established at the moment and there is the objective of this research, the which aims to understand a global approach to regulations of this technology and propose control alternatives specifically in the case that AI alternatives are executed that may affect human beings or their means of sustainability of all types, an analytical methodology is proposed because it allows executing a cognitive process in addition to the synthetic method to summarize the most relevant aspects of an investigative process and serves to narrate the conclusions and triangulation of results, as techniques the documentary review because it allowed us to get an idea of the development and characteristics of the legal processes, the interview which served to know the points of view of professionals in the area, as instruments the inventory of citations attached to the bibliography and the bank of semi-structured questions, it is concluded that several countries and even the European Community have alternatives that regulate the management of AI However, Ecuador still lacks a legal structure that focuses its actions on the regulation and control of this technology. Finally, an outline of the aspects that must be taken into account to regulate the behavior of AI is established.
