  Partiendo de la base de que en la Edad Media la actividad de la mediación era una modalidad de acción típicamente femenina que tenía como referente a la virgen María, estudiaremos en este trabajo diferentes figuras de mediadoras en obras castellanas de los siglos XIII, XIV y XV.

  Based on the premise that in the Middle Ages, the activity of mediation was a typically feminine modality of action that had the Virgin Mary as its referent, in this paper, we will study different figures of female mediators that appear in Castilian literary works of the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries.
