El presente artículo propone explorar las huellas del nacionalsocialismo en la construcción de la Alemania contemporánea a través de la literatura, centrándose en una novela particular: El caso Collini de Ferdinand von Schirach. Esta novela, que se enmarca en la tradición del Justizroman, indaga en los elementos formales de la ley, sus fisuras y la pervivencia de la injusticia histórica en el seno del Estado de bienestar alemán producto del capitalismo financiero. En este sentido, el trabajo busca articular las reminiscencias del dolor y la barbarie en la vida social e individual de una nación constantemente interpelada por su pasado, mostrando las consecuencias de este último en el intento de formar una éticaciudadana a través del reconocimiento, la culpa y la memoria.

This article proposes to explore the traces of National Socialism in the construction of contemporary Germany through literature, focusing on a particular novel: The Collini case by Ferdinand von Schirach. This novel, which belongs to the Justizroman tradition, delves into the formal elements of the law, its fissures and the survival of historical injustices within the core of the German welfare state, derived from financial capitalism. In this respect, the work seeks to articulate the reminiscences of pain and barbarism in the social and individual life of a nation constantly questioned for its past, showing the consequences of the latter in the attempt to construct citizen ethic through recognition, guilt and memory
