  El presente artículo se centra en analizar el papel de los docentes frente al comportamiento agresivo de los niños y niñas de preescolar en la Institución Educativa Rafael Núñez, ubicada en el barrio San Sebastián, el cual tiene como objetivo principal; analizar el papel de los docentes en el comportamiento agresivo de los niños de preescolar y los objetivos específicos incluyen descubrir cómo influye el papel docente en estos comportamientos y proponer estrategias metodológicas para disminuirlos. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cualitativo, La población objetivo está constituida por los estudiantes y docentes de preescolar de la I.E. Rafael Núñez. La muestra será seleccionada de entre los estudiantes de este nivel educativo, aplicando un método cualitativo para obtener una comprensión profunda de los comportamientos observados. Este estudio busca arrojar información detallada sobre cómo la intervención docente puede influir en la gestión de comportamientos agresivos en los niños de preescolar, proporcionando una base para la creación de estrategias metodológicas que fomenten un ambiente educativo más armónico y respetuoso.

  This article focuses on analyzing the role of teachers in addressing aggressive behavior in preschool children at Rafael Núñez School, located in the San Sebastián neighborhood. The main objective is to analyze the teachers' role in the aggressive behavior of preschool children, with specific objectives including understanding how the teacher's role influences such behaviors and proposing methodological strategies to mitigate them. The research follows a qualitative approach, targeting preschool students and teachers at Rafael Núñez School. The sample will be selected from students at this educational level, employing a qualitative method to gain an in-depth understanding of the observed behaviors. This study aims to provide detailed insights into how teacher intervention can influence the management of aggressive behaviors in preschool children, laying the groundwork for the development of methodological strategies to promote a more harmonious and respectful educational environment.
