This article analyzes the right to work of people with disabilities in Ecuador, guaranteed by the Constitution, which promotes equal conditions for all. However, the reality shows a significant exclusion of these people in both the public and private sectors, which limits their access to jobs appropriate to their abilities. The research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to highlight these inequalities and propose solutions to ensure their effective inclusion in the labor market
