    En este trabajo se ofrece una investigación en torno a hábitos de lectura a partir de un estudio de caso con un número representativo de estudiantes de magisterio, inmerso en un club de lectura. En este estudio se aplica un método mixto (cualitativa y cuantitativa mediante el programa SPSS). En él participaron 363 estudiantes de los Grados en Educación Infantil y Primaria de la Universidad de Málaga, en el curso académico 2021/2022 y 2023/2024.

    El objetivo principal del estudio es: explorar cuáles son los hábitos lectores de los informantes sobre los siguientes ámbitos: el perfil lector, la frecuencia de lectura, la cantidad de libros leídos (por obligación y por placer), los tipos de lectura y los géneros (académico, literario y periodístico). Con esta investigación, se pretende conocer los datos sociodemográficos de los estudiantes (edad, sexo, grado y curso). Finalmente, se intentó averiguar la percepción que los estudiantes tienen sobre las lecturas realizadas en voz alta. Para recopilar los datos se implementa un cuestionario y una entrevista semi-estructurada. Finalmente, mencionar que el estudio de caso lleva a cabo representa una reflexión profunda de los hábitos lectores de los discentes universitarios.

    This work offers an investigation into reading habits based on a case study with a representative number of teaching students, immersed in a reading club. In this study, a mixed method is applied (qualitative and quantitative using the SPSS program). 363 students pursuing Degrees in Early Childhood and Primary Education at the University of Malaga participated in it, in the 2021/2022 and 2023/2024 academic years. The main objective of the study is: to explore the reading habits of the informants in the following areas: reading profile, frequency of reading, number of books read (for obligation and for pleasure), types of reading and the genres (academic, literary and journalistic). With this research, the aim is to know the sociodemographic data of the students (age, sex, grade and course). Finally, this project tried to find out the perception that students have about readings done out loud. To collect the data, a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview are implemented. Finally, it bears mention that the case study carried out represents a deep reflection on the reading habits of university students
