Resumen de La inteligencia artificial en el campo jurídico

  OBJETIVO: analizar la inteligencia artificial ante el razonamiento humano, para establecer el aporte que se tiene al campo juridico, atendiendo si existe la posibilidad que ordenadores o maquinas puedan sustituir la tarea que realiza el ser humano, de poder aplicar la justicia de una manera objetiva y eficaz utilizando herramientas ajenas al razonamineto humano. MÉTODO: deductivo, científico y analítico, debido a que el desarrollo del marco teórico partió de lo general a lo particular, conociendo diversos elementos del fenómeno a estudiar para llegar a entender el mismo. RESULTADOS: la inteligencia artificial es una modalidad futurista que tiene por objeto una forma de simplificar los procesos judiciales aplicando el principio de celeridad, y estableciéndose que está alejado de poder sustituir el razonamiento humano. CONCLUSION: la función que ejercen los ordenadores o maquinas a través del conocimiento programado, no permiten tener una efectiva solución de los casos, en virtud que está muy alejado de sustituir el razonamiento humano, ya que hay métodos y formas de valoración de los medios de prueba que no son posibles de sustituir a través de la inteligencia artificial, es por ello que se establece que la inteligencia artificial está muy alejada de la realidad y muy difícil de sustituir al ser humano dentro del campo jurídico.

  OBJECTIVE: to analyze artificial intelligence before human reasoning to establish its contribution  to  legal field, paying particular attention to a possibility that computers or machines could replace  tasks performed by  human beings, when dispensing justice in an objective and effective way  using tools not related  to human reasoning.  METHOD: deductive, scientific and analytical, based on the development of the theoretical framework which started from  general to  particular, knowing various elements of the phenomenon to be studied in order to understand it.  RESULTS: artificial intelligence is a futuristic modality that aims to simplify judicial processes by applying the principle of celerity, and establishing that it is far from being able to substitute human reasoning.  CONCLUSION: the function that computers or machines perform through programmed knowledge, does not allow to have an effective solution of cases, considering that it is very far from replacing human reasoning or judgement, since there are methods and ways of evaluating  means of proof or evidence that cannot be replaced through artificial intelligence, and that is why it is established that artificial intelligence is very far from reality as well as difficult to substitute  human beings  within the legal field.
