  Las artes del cuerpo como celebración de la vida y el encuentro es una obra que reúne los resultados de investigación de diversos académicos latinoamericanos, europeos y asiáticos alrededor del cuerpo, como escenario de tensiones disciplinares que contribuyen a la com prensión epistemológica de la investigación basada en artes, la investigación-creación y la investigación semiótica-sensible. Celebrar la vida mediante el movimiento, la creación, la posibilidad de ser y estar en espacios transfigurados por la presencia de lo bio; la danza como intersticio creador de nuevos ritmos de vida; el corpus pasional como agente del cambio, de la transición y la construcción de subjetividades sensibles que buscan otras formas de reexistir en el mundo. Ya no basta pensar el mundo. Sentirlo es un propósito inevitable para las nuevas generaciones de investigadores. Se investiga para sentir, para crear y para volver a existir en medio de las crisis ontológicas que han creado grietas en los paradigmas clásicos de la investigación. El cuerpo deconstruye el lugar del objeto-sujeto y abre la posibilidad de explorar lo sintiente en el investigador como agencias contemporáneas del conocimiento. Esta obra forma parte del trabajo colaborativo con la Asociación Internacional de Semió tica IASS-AIS y la Federación Latinoamericana de Semiótica FELS.

  The Arts of the Body as a Celebration of Life and Encounter is a work that brings together the research results of several Latin American, European, and Asian scholars around the body as a scenario of disciplinary tensions that contribute to the epistemological understanding of arts-based research, research-creation, and semiotic-sensitive research. To celebrate life through movement, creation, the possibility of being in spaces trans figured by the presence of living organisms; dance as a creative interstice of new rhythms of life; the passionate corpus as an agent of change, transition, and the construction of sensitive subjectivities that seek other ways of re-existing in the world. It is no longer enough to think about the world. To feel it is an inevitable purpose for the new generations of researchers. Research is done to feel, create, and exist again amid ontological crises that have created cracks in the classical research paradigms. The body deconstructs the place of the object subject and opens the possibility of exploring the sentient in researchers as contemporary agencies of knowledge. This book is part of a collaborative work with the International Association for Semiotic Studies IASS-AIS and the Latin American Federation of Semiotics FELS.
