Resumen de Veroficción. Arte y falsedad en el sistema comunicacional contemporáneo
Técnica lingüística utilizada por artistas y activistas que se sirven de artificios de apariencia para infiltrarse en contextos determinados a fin de operar en ellos sin revelar su identidad ni su objetivo ulterior, los cuales se desvelan al final del proceso, exponiendo mediante el cortocircuito generado por el engaño la condición de los mecanismos sociales habituales en la construcción de sentido. La presente tesis doctoral examina el nacimiento, evolución y actualidad de la falsedad como posibilidad de discurso público a través de las prácticas de impostura y engaño, de veroficción, habitualmente llamadas fakes. Plantea una exploración tanto de la economía del lenguaje del artificio como de su mecánica en el territorio de la estética, del arte y de la comunicación, a fin de establecer criterios de interpretación sobre el comportamiento político de la ficción en el marco de un lenguaje público dominado por nuevas competencias de sentido (posverdad).
Verifiction: Linguistic technique used by artists and activists who use artificial devices to infiltrate in certain contexts in order to operate in them without revealing their identity or their ulterior objective, which are revealed at the end of the process, exposing by the short circuit generated by the deception the condition of the social mechanisms in the construction of sense. The present doctoral thesis examines the origin, evolution and actuality of falsehood as a possibility of public discourse through the practices of deception and imposture, of verifiction, usually called fakes. It proposes an exploration of both the economy of the language of artifice and its mechanics in the territory of aesthetics, art and communication, in order to establish criteria for interpretation on the political behavior of fiction within the framework of a public language dominated by new competences in the construction of meanings (post-truth).
