The present investigation is about the development of a construction system of vertical residential wall¿s lining, and it is focused on the rehabilitation of the characteristic features of elements and on the implementation of the new demands that vertical walls must respond to due to the current needs of users of a dwelling. Among these benefits are considered not only the basic ones specified by the CTE, but also those ones that offer a solution for the hidden disposition of the wired installations (electrical, telecommunications and home automation) without the need of clearances. The innovative wall system and rehabilitation procedure seek to comply with the adequacy requirements in the buildings that will be intervened, with the opportunity about the resolution of inconveniences of current and previous rehabilitation systems, with the relevance in the contribution of one more step towards the answer to those needs that have diachronically arisen in the accommodation of installations in vertical walls, and with the novelty in the proposal of a final element that, despite being based on existing marketed products, may offer additional advantages in this field. Thus, it should be taken into consideration that its ecological footprint must be the smallest possible one, that its execution speed must be faster respect to other known methods or techniques and the environmental impact of its construction must result lower than the others techniques with the same purpose.
The methodology followed, consisting of the sum of the documentary method, the experimental comparative method through the execution of prototypes at 1/1 scale in order to compare the features of the different construction systems, and the contrast with the experts' criteria method, provokes the investigation process being based on the succession of iterations and reengineering previous to the next iterative phase. That is the reason why the present investigation starts from the project "VALTEC 09-2-0032-00", promoted by ACCIO, KNAUF and UNEX in collaboration with ETS d¿Arquitectura del Vallès, and continues through a second phase dedicated to the development of the design of an element that solves the problems detected in the conclusion of the project mentioned before.
With regard to the above-mentioned motivations, the design of a utility model for vertical residential wall¿s lining is innovated. This design has at least one wall body which is characterised by including at least one plasterboard plate. The assembly is defined as a sandwich configuration between the wall body and the enclosure plate, presenting a plurality of installations embedded in the assembly that pass through a plurality of cavities and forms practiced on at least one modulated laminar plate, made by Biprocel, which fulfils the functions of support for the enclosure plate. Thanks to these characteristics, a system that increases the acoustic and thermal insulation is obtained; in addition to this, the reduction of the space occupied by the entire final lining is optimised compared with other known solutions.
