Resumen de The giant herc proteins in animal models
ANALYSIS OF EXPRESSION OF HERC1, HERC2 AND HERC3 IN ANIMAL MODELS. Afterwards, a thorough study of the mutation called tbl was performed leading to the involvement of HERC1 in these ataxic animals.
This project leads to the production of other 5 animal models that were confirmed to have the mutation and thus a study of each model's phenotype was observed.
This leads to different conclusions that are mentioned in the PhD dissertation.
