  • Resumen
    • Each year is consuming in the world more electronic devices. It has produced a huge increment of the electronic waste (e-waste), waste that, also contains chemical substances and metal that can not be eliminated o recycled as a safety manner. But, this problem can be avoided. Governments and ecologists organisms are pressuring to the principal electronic companies in order to change and produce a change in the tendency of the growing of the electronic waste.

All the advances in the waste treatment and concretely, of the electric and electronic waste aren't a usual practice. Until august 2005 the treatment of electric and electronic waste have been concentrated in areas as north Europe and California in USA, that have been initiated some steps some years ago.

This work is an attempt to modify the actual scenery in the analysis technical- economical of the management of electric and electronic waste.

This pretends show a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary vision to evaluate economically the electric and electronic waste. This analysis not only considers the private impacts that basically are in the technical aspect. Search going more over there, incorporating an evaluation model of all external impacts (environmental, socials and economics) that are obtained in the implantation of electric and electronic waste.

The electronic management systems haven't be an economic charge, have to be an activity that generates alternatives. The advantages that we obtain for the implementation of these systems, in economic themes, are bigger than the costs of its implementation and exploitation.

The importance to manage well the waste is such that some international agreements and conferences about environment, as Rio in 1992, have treated it. Also European Union has legislated about it.
