VUCA, integrado por cuatro conceptos estructurales: volatilidad, incertidumbre, complejidad y ambigüedad, se ha convertido desde hace dos décadas en el modelo más certero para regular la nueva realidad social (tanto a nivel individual como grupal) impulsado por la consolidación de la globalización y la tecnología. Una nueva manera de llevar a término las relaciones humanas y por ello de concebir el pensamiento y el comportamiento humano. El histórico binomio espacio-tiempo que organizó al orbe durante siglos, ha mutado hacia un escenario único en el que las personas se mueven en el denominado tiempo real. VUCA representa una filosofía que afecta a todo el entorno conocido y en todos los escenarios de la actuación humana. La vida personal, las actuaciones sociales y profesionales, las decisiones, los planteamientos, la visión de futuro o las fuentes del conocimiento están absolutamente condicionados por los cuatro principios VUCA, poniendo en tela de juicio la validez actual de valores, ideologías, creencias y acciones que hasta hoy parecían fundamentales e inamovibles. No es un proceso de evolución sino la realidad potente y poderosa de una filosofía emergente que intenta (y consigue) abarcarlo todo, representando la mayor revolución de nuestro tiempo. Por ello la filosofía VUCA se introduce y afecta al resto de las corrientes filosóficas imperantes en esta primera mitad del siglo XXI, convirtiéndose en un aliado fundamental para el pensamiento y (sobre todo) para el comportamiento de cada persona en sus vertientes holísticas: humana, social, profesional y personal. Como en todo cambio disruptivo no se pueden plantear soluciones, conclusiones, procesos o recomendaciones sin contar con la reacción de las personas, y en este caso más, al imponerse nuevas formas de comunicación y convivencia centradas en la tecnología, añadiendo así un factor técnico y de difícil aplicación para ciertas generaciones. Sin embargo, la importancia del factor tecnológico resulta determinante. La presente tesis aborda el estudio en profundidad de los orígenes de VUCA, el desarrollo de sus fundamentos y las bases conceptuales y metafísicas de los mismos, sus capacidades de evolución, sus problemáticas y efectos a nivel teórico y práctico, sus oportunidades de aprovechamiento y los riesgos que comporta. VUCA, como filosofía que emerge para servir de punto de partida en la transformación mental del hombre actual, está llamada a convertirse en el cimiento del nuevo modelo de actuar del hombre, con importante fuerza vital para florecer en otras visiones metafísicas y sobre todo con la realidad, ya demostrada, de ser generador del gran cambio social vivido y evolucionado día tras día.

Vuca is integrated by fourstructural concepts : volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity; it has become since two decades the most accurate model for regulating the new social reality ( both at an individual and group levels ) boosted by the consolidation of globalizationand technology. A new manner of carrying out human relations and hence conceive the thought and human behaviour.The historical space-time binomial that organized the world for centuries has shifted into a unique scenario in which people keep moving in the denominated “real time”. VUCA represents a philosophy that affects the whole known environment and also intercedes in every scenario of human performance.The personal life, the social and professional actions, the decisions, the approaches, the future vision or the sources of knowledge are absolutely conditioned by the four main principles of VUCA by questioning the validity of values, ideologies, beliefs and actions that seemed fundamental and immovable till today. However, it is important to clarify that It is not an evolutionary process but a powerful reality and an emerging philosophy that aims ( and achieves ) to cover it all, representing a major revolution of our time.Because of that, the philosophy of VUCA gets introduced and affects the rest of the philosophical trends prevailing in this first half of the 21st century, becoming a fundamental ally for the thought and (above all) the behavior of each person in its holistic variants: human, social, professional and personal.As in every disruptive change, solutions, conclusions, processes or recommendations, propositions can not occur without counting with people's reactions. In this case, it is of even more significant importance, since new ways of communication and coexistence that are focused on technology and that add a technical factor difficult to apply to certain generations are involved. As we can see, the importance of the technological factor results primarily.The presented thesis deeply addresses the study of the origins of VUCA, the development of its fundamentals and conceptual basis as well as its metaphysics, its evolution capacities, its problems and effects at a theoretical and practical level, its opportunities of exploitation and the risks that it entails.VUCA, as a philosophy thatemerges to serve as a starting point in the mental transformation of modern man, is called to become the foundation of the new man's action model. It possesses vital strength to evolve into other metaphysics visions and especially with the reality, already shown, of being a generator of the big lived societal change and evolving day by day.
