El primer objetivo de esta Tesis fue evaluar los efectos antinociceptivos de laTTXen tres modelos diferentes de dolor visceral en ratón: estimulación química del colon mediante los algógenos capsaicina y aceite de mostaza administrados intracolónicamente; y el antineoplásico ciclofosfamida intraperitoneal como inductor de cistitis.

The first goal of this Thesis was to evaluate the antinociceptive effects of TTXin three different visceral pain models in mice: the intracolonic administration of both capsaicin and mustard oil; and a model of cyclophosphamideinduced cystitis.
