La Dignidad y la justicia para el drogodependiente habitante de la calle. Problemas biojurídicos de la legalización es una investigación teórica, cualitativa con enfoque reflexivo y crítico, cuyo objetivo general fue determinar la afectación en Justicia y Dignidad al habitante de la calle drogodependiente por el consumo estupefacientes a causa de una legalización jurisprudencial. La revisión documental, la reflexión y el análisis de las unidades de observación se realizaron, según la bioética principialista, la jurisprudencia constitucional y de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la teoría del Derecho y la filosofía. Se precisó la diferencia entre el libre desarrollo a la personalidad que afecta la Dignidad y la Justicia, según la jurisprudencia y la autonomía como principio bioético; se evidenciaron los efectos colaterales que afectan la Dignidad y la Justicia de los habitantes de la calle drogodependientes a causa de una jurisprudencia permisiva del consumo de estupefacientes que no previene ni avala modelos preventivos.

Dignity and justice for the drug addict. Biojuridical problems of legalization is a theoretical, qualitative research with a reflexive and critical approach, whose general objective was to determine the effect on Justice and Dignity of the drug-addicted street dweller due to drug use due to a jurisprudential legalization. The documentary review, the reflection and the analysis of the observation units were carried out according to principialist bioethics, constitutional jurisprudence and the Supreme Court of Justice, the theory of law and philosophy. The difference between free development to personality that affects Dignity and Justice based on jurisprudence and autonomy as a bioethical principle was specified; the collateral effects that affect the Dignity and Justice of the inhabitants of the drug-addicted street were evidenced by a permissive jurisprudence of the consumption of narcotics that does not prevent or endorse preventive models.
