Resumen de Programa CAPPDOR en el desempeño docente del nivel primario de la RER solido norte, Cortegana, Celendín, 2022

  El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer el nivel de influencia de la aplicación del Programa CAPPDOR en el desempeño docente del nivel primario de la RER Solido Norte, Cortegana, Celendín 2022. Este estudio es una investigación aplicada, de diseño cuasi experimental con pre prueba, post prueba y grupo control. La muestra fue 40 docentes del nivel primario, 20 de la RER “Solido Norte” y 20 de la RER “Magisterio Rumbo al Cambio”. Teniendo en cuenta el diseño de investigación el GC, no se benefició del programa, mientras que el GE, se benefició con el Programa CAPPDOR, para mejorar su desempeño docente, para tal fin se aplicó un pre test antes del programa y después un post test, para su tratamiento se utilizó el paquete SPSS-26. Los resultados de la prueba U de Mann- Whitney muestran una significancia de 0,00 y es ˂ 0.05. Demostrando que los docentes del GE, mejoraron su desempeño después de haber participado en el Programa CAPPDOR; concluyendo así, que la aplicación del Programa CAPPDOR influye significativamente en la mejora del desempeño docente del nivel primario de la RER Solido Norte, Cortegana.

  The objective of this research work is to establish the level of influence of the application of the CAPPDOR Program in the teaching performance of the primary level of the RER Solido Norte, Cortegana, Celendín 2022. This study is applied research, with a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and control group. The sample was 40 teachers from the primary level, 20 from the RER "Solido Norte" and 20 from the RER "Teaching Course for Change". Taking into account the research design, the CG did not benefit from the program, while the EG benefited from the CAPPDOR Program, to improve their teaching performance, for this purpose a pre-test was applied before the program and after a post test, for its treatment the SPSS-26 package was used. The Mann-Whitney U test results show a significance of 0.00 and is ˂ 0.05. Demonstrating that the teachers of the GE, improved their performance after having participated in the CAPPDOR Program;

  thus, concluding that the application of the CAPPDOR Program significantly influences the improvement of teaching performance at the primary level of the RER Solido Norte, Cortegana.
