El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la propuesta de gestión municipal para mejorar las condiciones socio sanitarias de la Provincia de Alto Amazonas, 2022. La investigación fue aplicada, diseño no experimental, cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo y propositivo. La población fue de 62,903 (62,837 pobladores y 66 funcionarios municipales), la muestra fue de 256 (190 pobladores y 66 funcionarios municipales). La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento cuatro cuestionarios. Los resultados sobre gestión municipal son opuestos por el ofertante y demandante y señalan como brecha 3 % y 30 % no cuenta con personal capacitado y/o entrenado para realizar sus actividades, sobre condiciones socio sanitarias, los resultados también presentaron diferencias, la brecha se encuentra entre el 29 % y 45 % perciben que la municipalidad no trabaja articuladamente con los establecimientos de salud y se concluyó que la propuesta de gestión municipal mejora las condiciones sociosanitarias según el juicio de expertos quienes determinaron favorable y es aplicable por el gobierno provincial de Alto Amazonas, asimismo, el diseño de la propuesta comprende el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura sanitaria y otros servicios municipales que permitirán alcanzar la calidad de vida.

The objective of the research was to determine the municipal management proposal to improve the socio-sanitary conditions of the Province of Alto Amazonas, 2022. The research was applied, non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive and purposeful design. The population was 62,903 (62,837 residents and 66 municipal officials), the sample was 256 (190 residents and 66 municipal officials). The technique was the survey and the instrument four questionnaires. The results on municipal management are opposed by the supplier and the applicant and indicate as a gap 3% and 30% do not have trained and / or trained personnel to carry out their activities, on socio-sanitary conditions, the results also presented differences, the gap is between 29% and 45% perceive that the municipality does not work articulately with the health establishments and it was concluded that the municipal management proposal improves socio-sanitary conditions according to the judgment of experts who determined favorable and is applicable by the local government of the province of Alto Amazonas, likewise, the design of the proposal includes the strengthening of the sanitary infrastructure and other municipal services that will allow to achieve the quality of life.
