    El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue este trabajo investigativo se emprendió con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el liderazgo docente y la calidad educativa en la Escuela de Infantería, 2019. Para dar cumplimiento con ello, se consideró trabajar con el diseño no experimental (transversal), de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptivo – correlacional y de enfoque cuantitativo. Fueron 34 docentes que participaron como muestra de tipo censal en la encuesta ejecutada, y quienes respondieron al cuestionario validado y confiable de 24 afirmaciones. Con el aplicativo de estadística SPSS 25, se dio con un 0.848 (correlación Rho de Spearman) y 0.000 (nivel de significancia); con los cuales se estableció que el liderazgo docente se correlacionó de forma positiva y alta con la calidad educativa en la Escuela de Infantería, 2019.

    The objective of this research work was this research work was undertaken with the objective of determining the relationship between teacher leadership and educational quality in the Infantry School, 2019. To comply with this, it was considered to work with the non-experimental design. (cross), of an applied type, of a descriptive-correlational level and of a quantitative approach. there were 34 teachers who participated as a census-type sample in the survey carried out, and who responded to the validated and reliable questionnaire of 24 statements. with the application of SPSS 25 statistic, it was found with a 0.848 (Spearman's Rho correlation) and 0.000 (level of significance); with which it was established that teacher leadership was correlated positive and high way with the educational quality in the Infantry School, 2019.
