Resumen de Coaching educativo y cultura de emprendimiento de los egresados de un instituto en Chiclayo

La investigación postuló como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el coaching educativo con la cultura de emprendimiento de egresados de un instituto en Chiclayo; para lo cual se orientó bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional y de corte transversal; teniendo la participación de 278 ex estudiantes del centro formativo, mismos que respondieron a dos cuestionarios para la medición de ambas variables. Los hallazgos evidenciaron un nivel bueno de coaching educativo con el 62.59%, seguido por el nivel regular con el 37.41%; mientras que la cultura de emprendimiento también alcanzó mayoritariamente un nivel bueno con el 61.87%, seguido por el nivel regular con el 35.97; además, se conformó una propuesta basada en un modelo con un total de cuatro componentes basados en la identificación aptitudinal, identificación de la personalidad, desarrollo de técnicas, y desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional.
Se concluye en aceptar la hipótesis de investigación, teniendo la presencia de relación significativa entre el coaching educativo y culturade emprendimiento, con un coeficiente positivo y fuerte con un valor del 69.20%.

The investigation postulated as a general objective to determine the relationship between educational coaching and the entrepreneurial culture of graduates of an institute in Chiclayo; for which it was oriented under a quantitative approach, of a basic type, non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional;
having the participation of 278 former students from the training center, same ones who responded to the questionnaires for the measurement of both variables. Los hallazgos evidenced a good level of educational coaching with 62.59%, followed by the regular level with 37.41%; while the entrepreneurial culture also achieved mostly a good level with 61.87%, followed by the regular level with 35.97; in addition, a proposal was made based on a model with a total of four components based on aptitude identification, personality identification, technical development, and emotional intelligence development. It concluded in accepting the research hypothesis, having the presence of a significant relationship between educational coaching and entrepreneurial culture, with a positive and strong coefficient with a value of 69.20%.
