    El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue el principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión educativa institucional y la satisfacción académica de los oficiales alumnos del Instituto Científico y Tecnológico del Ejército. Para lo cual, en su aspecto metodológico, el enfoque empleado fue el cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra está representada por 120 oficiales alumnos del Instituto Científico y Tecnológico del Ejército. Para la obtención de la información, se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario sobre el análisis situacional dirigido a la muestra. Esta información determinó que existe relación entre la gestión educativa y la satisfacción académica del alumno de forma exacta y que se refleja en los resultados.

    Luego del análisis y procesamiento de la información mediante el análisis estadístico en forma descriptiva e inferencial, se arriba a la conclusión de que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre la gestión educativa institucional y la satisfacción académica de los oficiales alumnos del Instituto Científico y Tecnológico del Ejército. El valor de esta relación obtenida mediante el coeficiente Rho de Spearman es r = 0,796, con un nivel de significancia del 5 %, por lo cual, se acepta la hipótesis propuesta.

    The objective of this research work was the main objective of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between institutional educational management and the academic satisfaction of the student officers of the Army Scientific and Technological Institute. For which, in its methodological aspect, the approach used was quantitative, non-experimental and descriptive design, correlational and transversal. The sample is represented by 120 official students of the Scientific and Technological Institute of the Army. To obtain the information, used as an instrument a questionnaire on the situational analysis addressed to the sample. This information determined that there is a relationship between educational management and academic satisfaction of the student exactly and that is reflected in the results.

    After the analysis and processing of the information through statistical analysis in descriptive and inferential way, we arrive at the conclusion that there is a relationship positive and significant relationship between institutional educational management and academic satisfaction of the student officers of the Army Scientific and Technological Institute. The value of This relationship obtained through Spearman's Rho coefficient is r = 0.796, with a level of significance of 5%, therefore, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
