Resumen de Clima organizacional y desempeño docente en la Escuela de Comunicaciones – 2017

  El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera se relaciona el clima organizacional con el desempeño docente en la Escuela de Comunicaciones del Ejército – 2017, desde el punto de vista de los docentes. El enfoque fue de una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 28 docentes y la muestra es de tipo censal, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de 20 preguntas con una escala de cinco categorías de respuestas referida a ambas variables. Este instrumento tuvo una fuerte confiabilidad de 0.863. Se realizó el análisis correspondiente a los resultados de la encuesta llegando a la demostración empírica de que un 85.1% apoya o considera positivamente los requerimientos de los indicadores y las dimensiones propuestas en el instrumento; esto fue ampliamente corroborado y contrastado empleando el chi cuadrado. Se concluyó que el clima organizacional se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño docente en la Escuela de Comunicaciones del Ejército – 2017.

  The objective of the present investigation was to determine in what way the organizational climate is related to the teaching performance in the School of Communications of the Army - 2017, from the point of view of the teachers. The focus was on quantitative research, of a correlational descriptive type, of non-experimental design. The population was composed of 28 teachers and the sample is of census type, to which a survey of 20 questions was applied with a scale of five categories of responses referring to both variables. This instrument had a strong reliability of 0.863. The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was carried out, reaching the empirical demonstration that 85.1% support or positively consider the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the organizational climate is significantly related to the teaching performance in the School of Communications of the Army - 2017.
