    La tesis tuvo por objetivo de estudio: Determinar la incidencia de la Participación Política de la Mujer en los Derechos Humanos durante los Procesos Electorales Regionales y Municipales en la región Huánuco periodos 2018 y 2022, el tipo de investigación fue básica con diseño no experimental longitudinal de tipo panel. La población estuvo conformada por 500 mujeres de la región Huánuco y la muestra por 218 mujeres de la región Huánuco, se empleó como técnica de acopio de datos encuesta y como instrumento cuestionario. Se obtuvo por resultados para la variable participación política, participación alta 10,6%, participación media10,1% y participación baja 79,4% frente a la variable derechos humanos, donde se evidencio fortalecimiento alto en 6,9%, fortalecimiento medio en 13,3% y el nivel de fortalecimiento bajo en un 79,8%. Asimismo, de la contrastación de la hipótesis se halló una correlación negativa alta entre las variables participación política y derechos humanos con Rho=-0,830 (83,0%) y p=0,000<0,05 (5%). Concluyendo que la Participación Política de la Mujer incide negativamente en el fortalecimiento de los Derechos Humanos durante los Procesos Electorales Regionales y Municipales en la región Huánuco periodos 2018 y 2022.

    The thesis had as study objective: To determine the incidence of the Political Participation of Women in Human Rights during the Regional and Municipal Electoral Processes in the Huánuco region, periods 2018 and 2022, the type of research was basic with a longitudinal non-experimental design of panel type. The population consisted of 500 women from the Huánuco region and the sample of 218 women from the Huánuco region, a survey was used as a data collection technique and as a questionnaire instrument. It was obtained by results for the political participation variable, high participation 10.6%, medium participation 10.1% and low participation 79.4% compared to the human rights variable, where high strengthening was evidenced at 6.9%, medium strengthening at 13.3% and the level of strengthening under 79.8%. Likewise, from the contrasting of the hypothesis, a high negative correlation was found between the variable’s political participation and human rights with Rho=-0.830 (83.0%) and p=0.000<0.05 (5%). Concluding that the Political Participation of Women negatively affects the strengthening of Human Rights during the Regional and Municipal Electoral Processes in the Huánuco region, periods 2018 and 2022.
