QCD, THE THEORY OF STRONG INTERACTIONS, HAS BEEN TESTED IN PREVIOUS ELECTRON AND HADRON COLLIDERS. WITH THE ADVENT OF THE LHC THE WINDOW IS OPON TO TEST QCD AT UNPRECEDENTED HIGH SCALES. THIS IS THE AIM OF THIS TESIS. IN FACT, TWO CASES HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED I) TEST OF FINITE ORDER PERTURBATION THEORY THROUGH MEASUREMENTS OF ENERGY-ENERGY CORRELATIONS IN PP COLLISIONS AT 7 TeV.
II)TEST OF PARTON SHOWERS VIA MEASUREMENTS OF B- AND LIGHT JET SHAPES IN TOP QUARK PAIR FINAL STATES
