The study proposes a new model of skills for the organizational communicator, a professional specialized in the social area and in projects of Corporate Social Responsibility, which will be called a Strategist on Communicator on Sustainable Communication. It begins with an analysis of the impact of corn m uni cation in order to change the energy matrix in terms of the productive matrix of strategic sectors in Ecuador. Then, the epistemological basis of knowledge of communication seeks to describe the professionalization of the organizational communicator, including proposals generated from the experience as a teacher and communicator of the author, and research for a length of eight years, to finish with a proposed graduate program profile of communicator and landing at the presented model. There is a limited scope for business research to the EP Petroecuador and as an object of study and application, the School of Social Communication at the Central University of Ecuador
