The present dynamics in the environment,in which the organizations are inserted, in this globalization time, with a remarkable incidence in the form of negotiating their essential processes,make necessary to have systems of communication toward the internal of the organizations that support thhe address processes,and in turn alert on signs that they imply necessary changes that allow to correct its strategic direction.The communication in this context is visualized like one of the fundamental axes ,of the organizations like integrated systems; facilitating the necessary coordination and multiple interconnections that support and they guide working of the human capital in all their levels and environments of decision, and offers a significant contribution to be successful acting of the operative nucleus as generator of products and services that sustain the reason of being of the organization. It is for this reason that the communication acquires importance the design of administration instruments to face this challenge, and inside this context the diagnosis of the Internal Communication as a substantial support in the successful operation of the organizationes, with their contribution to diminish the uncertainty and to facilitate necessary information on the aspects that influence in their acting, constituting one of the roads that contribute to the achivementof a bigger effectiveness in the achievement of the goals of the organizations. Consequently with the before signal, this investigation consists on to desig and to apply a system for the diagnosis of the Internal Communication, in an organization with a marked social orientation like it is the National Institute the children and the family, assisting to the significant relevance that more and more acquieres the communication, like part from the directive processes to all the institutional levels. For it, the most advanced administration instrument have been used and upgraded in the scientific investigations in this imprtant thematic,focused to the object of selected practical study
