Resumen
The administration will provide a better effort in the service towards citizens. That is where the e-administrations and new technologies will play and essential role. We should analyze the e-administration in the biggest Spanish autonomic community: Andalucia. Specifically, we will study the case of the Junta de Andalucia (the autonomic government), the delegations of the 8 provinces of Andalucia, the city councils of each province, which are in total, 31 public administrations. To make this research, we studied the websites of the public administrations stated before, checking the information offered, and specially, the one directed towards the citizens. In this meaning, we analyzed if there is a special section for the citizens, if they offered the possibility of making online procedures, if legal forms are provided, if online payments can be made, the resolution of doubts and similar affairs such as the ones listed below.
