  • Resumen
    • In this interview, Allison Rossett discusses the work she is doing and has done in performance support and blended learning. She is keen on on-demand learning and reference, remarking on our longstanding challenges with transferring learning from the classroom to the workplace. For instructional designers, Rossett advocates targeted, high-value experiences, some of which can be delivered to mobile devices (cell phones and iPods), more available in developing countries, as well as on the road in hotels, airports, and offices. The interview concludes with a discussion of the ability of the Web to extend learning into higher education.
