Competencias genéricas desarrolladas por los estudiantes con las "e-actividades de Ruralnet"

    Dentro del contexto virtual de la asignatura Educación en el ámbito rural (Ruralnet), -optativa perteneciente a la titulación de Pedagogía de la Universidad de Oviedo y ofertada al Campus Virtual Compartido del G9 (El CVC del Grupo G9 está formado por las universidades de Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Illes Balears, La Rioja, Oviedo, País Vasco, Pública de Navarra y Zaragoza) -, se llevaron a cabo diferentes e-actividades formativas individuales (estudios de casos, mapas conceptuales, mapas mentales, etc.) y otra colaborativa (Gameproyect) para favorecer la adquisición de determinadas competencias genéricas. Tras su realización, se preguntó a los estudiantes sobre las competencias que consideraban haber desarrollado y/o consolidado con las prácticas formativas desarrolladas en los tres cursos académicos del estudio (2005/2006, 2006/2007 y 2007/2008). Éstos estimaron desarrollar más las habilidades para la investigación, la recogida y tratamiento de información, la comunicación escrita, junto a las relacionadas con la adquisición de los conocimientos básicos de la materia y con el trabajo en equipo. Hay que destacar que los estudiantes sin experiencia previa en cursos de formación virtual, consideraron haber consolidado más las competencias vinculadas al uso de herramientas informáticas

    Generic competences developed by students with e-activities in Ruralnet. In the virtual context of the subject Education in the rural area (Ruralnet), - subject to the grade of Pedagogy of the University of Oviedo and offered the Virtual Shared Campus of the G9 (The G9 group CSC is formed by the universities of: Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Balearic Islands, La Rioja, Oviedo, Basque Country, Navarra and Zaragoza Public)-, it developed different formative e-activities so much individual (studies of cases, conceptual maps, mental maps, etc.) as collaborative activity (Gameproyect) to contribute to the acquisition of competences. After the development of the activities, we ask to the students on the competences that they developed with the formative practices during three academic courses (2005/2006, 2006/2007 and 2007/2008). The students considered to develop the skills for the research, the withdrawal and treatment of information, the written communication, the acquisition of the basic knowledge of the matter and the teamwork. It is necessary to emphasize that the students without previous experience in courses of virtual formation, considered to develop more the competence the use of computer tools.
