Resumen de Food Trend Trotters: A new approach to communicating food trends and innovations
This article describes the Food Trend Trotters initiative of the AZTI-Tecnalia Food Research Centre and Trend Trotters, which uses travel to generate innovation in the field of scientific research and improve the dissemination of scientific achievements.
