Resumen de Ferrolectric thin films for memory applications

• In this paper an overview will be given of the field of non-volatile ferroelectric memories with the empahis on amaterial aspects. The depositiion of thin films of Pb(ZrTi)O3, electrodes and electrical characterization methods are treated in detail.
