    • The purpose of this work is to show how slowly fields open to women, same as in previous times were for men only ; an important development has been the incursion of technologies in different areas of knowledge, this has allowed to increase their participation and if taking this opportunity also enriched by the acquisition of new or improved skills within educational institutions, specifically in the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de México (UAEM), the most interesting is the participation of the female gender in the use of technological tools for knowledge transfer in the non-contact modes, e -learning using a proprietary platform UAEM called SEDUCA ( ServiciosEducativos) and that these services started from 2006. Other is called a trained tutoring system ( Sistema de TutoríaAcadémica ) SITA , the increase in women using the internet in our country has increased substantially in this educational environment management technologies, tools and platforms to aid this turning into doing daily increased teacher´s competence.
