The skills in software development are a challenge for Higher Education Institutions, because students� quick immersion in the market depends on them. The implementation of learning scenarios that simulate industry problems, real situations, cases of workplace characteristics are vital for educational programs to be effective. and the skills developed by students are related to demand premise.
This paper presents the design, training and implementation of this strategy as part of teachers� training applied to the subject of Seminario de Solución del Problemas de Programación, which is taught in educational programs in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías at Universidad de Guadalajara.
The results impact on student achievement and therefore the development of skills in software creation. the general real case applications, collaborative learning, management skills development teams as well as intervention and transformation of teachers� educational practices in the department.
