The main objective of the present research is to make a description about the importance and characteristics that learning objects have to have. All this in a demanding society which expects competent workers. Once education authorities have decided to implement the use of the new technologies in university level context, it�s important for teachers or any educational actor, to consider some guidelines when planning learning objects.
