  • This editorial introduces the Journal of Applied Psychology. More specifically the editor wants to share with you (a) the journal�s scope and mission, (b) expectations for different types of articles considered by the journal, and (c) the review process used. The information included is also based on the editorial team�s consideration of current trends in the psychological and organizational sciences, as well as emerging changes in peer review processes within the social sciences
