Posicionamento, na proposta de Biber, e a Linguística Forense

    O presente ensaio teórico tem o objetivo de refletir sobre a noção de posicionamento explanada em: Biber and Finegan (1988); Biber et al (1999); Biber (2006a) e Biber (2006b). Nosso interesse de estudo atual envolve os campos da Linguística Forense e a Linguística de Corpus a fim de descobrir usos de expressões de posicionamento em corpora oriundos da esfera criminal dos Crimes Contra a Vida, violência doméstica homicida. Dividimos este trabalho em três partes, sendo elas: a introdução, que apresenta o contexto geral do estudo, na segunda parte, respondemos às questões deste artigo e, por último, sua conclusão.

    This theoretical essay objectively reflects on the notion of stance explained in: Biber and Finegan (1988); Biber et al (1999); Biber (2006a) and Biber (2006b). Our current interest of study involves the fields of Forensic Linguistics and Corpus Linguistics to uncover uses of stance expressions in corpora arising from the criminal sphere of Crimes Against Life, homicidal domestic violence. We divide the study in three parts namely: first, the introduction that presents the general context of the study; second the answer to the questions in this article and finally its completion.
