Resumen de Determinación de carbohidratos disponibles en productos dietéticos

  • The content of available carbohydrates, soluble sugars and starch in two dietetic: brans and wholemeals, have been studied.

    Quantitative estimates have been made following two different methods: Luff-Scholl and Antrona, frequently used in the consulted bibliography for the analysis of these nutrients, in order to compare the results.
