Resumen de La Universidad y la Economía Popular Solidaria para el desarrollo local en Ecuador

  El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo mostrar el papel que debe jugar la Universidad en el contexto de la Economía Popular y Solidaria para el desarrollo local en Ecuador. Se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos: dialéctico-materialista, histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, ascenso de lo abstracto a lo concreto, hipotético-deductivo, el enfoque sistémico-estructural, inducción_deducción, entre otros. Se expresa la propuesta para el diagnóstico de la Economía Popular y Solidaria (EPS) que tiene la cualidad de integrar y articular coherentemente herramientas de análisis estructural y estratégico, permitiendo así, identificar las deficiencias en el funcionamiento de los emprendimientos que la integran. El diseño de una incubadora universitaria permitió fortalecer los emprendimientos de la Economía Popular y Solidaria para el cantón Quevedo.

  The present article had like objective to show the paper that should play the University in the context of the Economía Popular and Solidaria for the local development in Ecuador. They used theoretic and empiric methods: Materialistic dialectician, historic logician, analysis synthesis, promotion of the abstract things to I concretize it, hypothetic deductive, the systemic structural focus, induction _ deduction, among others. The proposal for the diagnosis of the Economía Popular is expressed and Solidaria (EPS) that has the attribute of integrating and articulating tools of structural and strategic analysis coherently, allowing that way, identifying the deficiencies in the functioning of the emprendimientos that integrate it. The design of an university incubator enabled strengthening the Economía Popular's emprendimientos and Solidaria for the canton Quevedo.
