Resumen de Retos de crecimiento del sistema nacional deinvestigadores (SNI) del consejo nacional de ciencia ytecnología (conacyt) en México

  Resumen.El presente ensayo es resultado de una revisión de la literatura que se efectuó con el propósito de mostrar la creación y evolución que ha tenido el Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI) del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT) en México. Se presenta un resumen de la situación actual de la inversión en investigación en el país, los problemas que se han identificado y algunos de los retos que deben asumirse para lograr el crecimiento de este organismo. Se exponen los elementos clasificados en tres grandes aspectos: a) gubernamentales, b) de los investigadores y c) de vinculación, analizados desde la perspectiva de múltiples organismos y autores que han desarrollado estudios sobre esta temática. Se concluye que es necesario analizar y redefinir la política pública gubernamental que permita a los investigadores ser competitivos a nivel internacional, difundir los resultados mediante las Tecnologías de la Información y redefinir la figura del investigador.

  Abstract.This paper results form a literature review of the creation and evolution that has had the National Research System (SNI) of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) in Mexico. It is presented a summary of the current status of research investment in the country, the problems that have been identified and some of the challenges that must be assumed to achieve the growth of SNI. These elements are classified in three main aspects: a) from the government, b) the researchers, and c) of connection, which are analyzed from the perspective of multiple organisms and authors that developed studies on this topic. It is concluded that it is necessary to analyze and redefine the government policy that allows the researchers to be internationally competitive, spread the results through the information technologies, and redefine the figure of the researcher.
