    Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación sobre concepciones de la naturaleza de la ciencia -NdC- en un grupo de docentes en formación en ciencias naturales de la Universidad del Tolima. Desde una perspectiva cualitativa, el instrumento que permitió recolectar la información fue la entrevista en profundidad semiestructurada y la técnica implementada fue el análisis de contenido. Los sujetos entrevistados se seleccionaron por medio de un muestreo intencional. Como conclusión se establece que los maestros en formación poseen concepciones de NdC construidas más desde el sentido común, eclécticas y con tendencia hacia posiciones arraigadas en el positivismo.

    This article shows the results of an investigation about conceptions of nature of science –NoS- in group in-service teachers in natural science. From a qualitative perspective, the instrument that allowed to collect the information was the semi-structured in depth interview and the technique used was the content analysis. The interviewees were selected through an intentional sampling. In conclusion, in-service teachers have NdC conceptions built more from common sense, eclectic and with tendency towards positivism positions.
