Estilos atribucionales, necesidad cognitiva y rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios

    El estudio tiene como objetivo relacionar los estilos atribucionales, la necesidad cognitiva y el rendimiento académico, de los estudiantes de la Universidad César Vallejo - Piura. Se aplicó el ASQCIDE- PERU de Vicuña y la ENC de Cacciopo y Petty, con la adaptación de Delgado. Los resultados muestran que el rendimiento académico se asocia con la necesidad cognitiva general (p<0,05) y con sus factores: anticipación cognitiva motivadora (p<0,01), activación cognitiva general (p<0,05), mientras que es independiente de la activación cognitiva simplificada (p>0,05) y la necesidad de resolver problemas abstractos (p>0,05). Finalmente, el rendimiento académico no se asocia con los estilos atribucionales optimista-pesimista. (p>0,05).

    The aim of this research is to relate the attribution styles, cognitive necessity and the academic performance of students from the University “Cesar Vallejo” – Piura. It was applied the ASQ-CIDE-PERÚ of Vicuña and the ENC of Cacciopo and Petty, with the adaptation of Delgado.The Academic Performance is associated with the General Cognitive Necessity (p<0,05) and with its factors: Cognitive Motivatting Anticipation (p<0,01), General Cognitive Activation (p<0,05); while it is dependent from the Simplified Cognitive Activation (p>0,05) and the need to resolve abstarct problems (p>0,05). The academic performance is not associated with the attribution styles optimist-pessimist (p>0,05).
