    En los últimos tiempos, China ha estado ganando peso económico y militar a un ritmo, que de continuar así, podría rivalizar con Estados Unidos por ser la potencia hegemónica.

    En Estados Unidos son conscientes de ello y han emprendido una nueva revolución de los asuntos militares con el objetivo de mantener su primacía sobre el resto de potencias, además de dirigir su estrategia hacia la región Asia-Pacífico. Ante el riesgo de un posible conflicto contra EE.UU., China está desarrollando estrategias A2/AD con el objetivo de poder hacerle frente, además de desarrollar su propia revolución de los asuntos militares.

    Los factores desestabilizadores se están multiplicando en esta parte del mundo, por lo que las estrategias que se lleven a cabo por ambas potencias, marcarán el devenir de la estabilidad en la región.

    In recent times, China has been gaining economic and military weight at a rate, which if continued, could rival the United States as the hegemonic power. In the United States they are aware of this and they have embarked on a new revolution in military affairs with the purpose of maintaining its primacy over the other powers, as well as directing its strategy towards the Asia-Pacific region. At the risk of a potential conflict with the US, China is developing A2 / AD strategies to combat it, in addition to developing its own revolution in military affairs. The destabilizing factors are multiplying in this part of the world, so that the strategies that are carried out by both powers, will mark the becoming of the stability in the region.
