    La presente investigación analiza la argumentación jurídica como habilidad esencial para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del Derecho. Este enfoque parte de una sistematización teórica sobre la Teoría de la Argumentación Jurídica (TAJ), que permite la concepción del Derecho como un acto propiamente argumentativo. Se determina además, como elemento novedoso, la inclusión de la argumentación jurídica como fase final del ciclo del Derecho, lo cual tiene especial repercusión en la enseñanza de esta ciencia. En tal sentido, se realiza la propuesta de tres habilidades de argumentación jurídica: interpretar el Derecho, aplicar la norma jurídica y argumentar jurídicamente la decisión legal.

    This research analyzes the legal reasoning as essential skills to the teaching - learning process of law. This approach is based on a theoretical systematization of the Theory of Legal Argumentation (TLA) that allows the conception of law as an argumentative act itself. It also determines, as a new element, the inclusion of legal argumentation as the final phase of the law cycle, which has particular impact on the teaching of this science. In this regard, the proposal of three skills of legal reasoning is made: interpreting the law, enforce the rule of law and legally argue the legal decision.
