  Este artículo explica algunos elementos de los nexos entre la cultura histórica contemporánea y la necesidad de la capacitación de los profesores. La formación de la cultura general integral de los estudiantes, plantea la necesidad de jerarquizar determinados procesos que actúan en el contexto en que se desenvuelve el hecho educativo. Estos incluyen el conocimiento de los fenómenos históricos de la contemporaneidad - con su importante carga político ideológica- y las nuevas concepciones en la capacitación de los docentes para enfrentar con éxito la labor educativa desde la cultura histórica sobre la realidad actual.

  This article explains some elements of the links between the contemporary historical culture and the necessity of training professors. The formation of the integral general culture of the students outlines the necessity of highlighting certain processes which act in the context in which the educational fact is unwrapped. These include the knowledge of the historical contemporary phenomena with an important ideological and political load and the new conceptions of teacher training to face with success the educational task from the historical culture upon the current reality.
