    Este artículo pretende dar a conocer los factores culturales que influyen en la educación con menores latinoamericanos. Se ofrece una visión general de la situación tanto en el país de origen como en el de acogida. Es un estudio donde se utiliza la entrevista a informantes claves, con carácter descriptivo. Se constata que los jóvenes menores latinoamericanos forman pandillas para encontrar el cariño y la atención. Sus padres son únicamente un referente de estabilidad económica pero no emocional. Cuando llegan a España estos menores sufren cambios que provocan problemas a nivel educativo, social y familiar.

    This article tries to announce the cultural factors that influence the education with Latin-American minors. A general vision of the situation offers so much in the native land as in that of reception.

    It is a study of descriptive character, the interview is in use to key informants. One has thought that the young persons form gangs to find the fondness and the attention, his parents are a modal of economic but not emotional stability and when they come to Spain observe changes that are a product of multiple problems and difficulties to educational, social and familiar level.
