This article exposes with clarity the advances that had been achieved in the educational system in the past four years. Nevertheless, before reaching the goal of a revolution in education, it is necessary to make a cultural change; to create a communicational strategy that motivates the teachers to improve their labor inside the classroom. There’s a main problem to solve, and a way to solve it is to see the teachers as a strategic public that needs to be work with in order to achieve that essential “new docent culture” that will modify their practice.
